Delivery is free. Orders leave us within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 6 to 10 working days, dispatch included.

Where we ship

We deliver to 4 countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

If your country is not on that list, the checkout will not accept your address.

Tracking your order

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the window above, write to hello@thecatcarrier.com and we will chase the carrier.

Duties and taxes on arrival

United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: the price you see is the price you pay. Import VAT and GST on consignments of this value are collected at the point of sale, so there is nothing to settle when your parcel arrives.

Canada: customs duties, GST/HST or provincial taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by the Canada Border Services Agency and the carrier, not by us, and they are payable by the person receiving the parcel.

If your address is wrong

Check your address before you confirm. A parcel that cannot be delivered comes back to us, and we will get in touch to send it out again.
